How timely Dr. Da Silva’s presentation on “Delineating clinical phenotypes and HPA-axis dysfunction in ME/CFS” at the 2025 IACFS/ME conference was. Jose Philipe Da Silva is a neuroscientist based at the University of Amsterdam. We’ve just heard from a slew of studies that pointed arrows straight at the brain, and now we have an ME/CFS brain autopsy report.
